Pilipinas Got Talent Season 3 starts its semi-final rounds on Saturday, September 10th. Judges Ai-Ai de las Alas, Kris Aquino and Freddie Garcia have already chosen the 36 acts that will compete for a slot in the finals.

Kris Aquino Gets Angry with Binay

Kris Aquino got angry with Makati Mayor Junjun Binay over the statements he made in a Philippine Star interview.

In the interview, Binay confirmed that they were dating, which surprised the actress/TV host.

Kris, however, said that she had never gone out with anyone since separating from James Yap fourteen months ago. She and Binay were with their respective kids during the Justin Bieber concert.

The Kris TV host also said that the witty remark Binay made about marriage offended her. In the same Philippine Star interview, Binay said, "Why do people marry? Because of lack of knowledge...Why do people separate? Because of lack of experience...Why do people remarry? Because of loss of memory."

Kris said Binay already apologized but she decided it would be best if they avoid each other.

Just two short weeks after the grand finals, Pilipinas Got Talent is coming back for its third season tomorrow, July 9, 2011. It's the first back-to-back season for a Got Talent franchise which is conceived and owned by Simon Cowell's SYCO company.

Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford will reprise their hosting duties, as well as the judges Kris Aquino, Ai-Ai de las Alas, and Freddie Garcia.

Pilipinas Got Talent visited more than 40 provinces for this season. There are also online auditions where the hopefuls are asked to upload their videos in the show's website. Now, that's a tedious job of hunting for the country's most talented, no?

Who will follow the footsteps of season one's Jovit Baldivino and season two's Marcelito Pomoy and win P2 million?

"Kris TV" Will Make Weekday Mornings Fun and Informative Starting Tomorrow

There's really nothing like a Kris Aquino talk show, that's why ABS-CBN is bringing back the Queen of All Media on morning television via Kris TV starting tomorrow, June 27th, at 9:30 AM.

Kris TV is a reboot of Kris Aquino's Today with Kris, which aired on the Kapamilya network from 1996 to 2011. Kris, though, tweeted that the production team aims to make it more informative, fun, and relevant to today's happenings.

The teaser to tomorrow's episode shows the politician Chiz Escudero as guest. The politician does random things like a little carpentry and cooking, but of course they also get to sit down for a one-on-one interview.

Kris TV airs before Showtime to keep you company while preparing lunch or doing the laundry perhaps. (But 9:30 AM  is actually breakfast time for me :D)

Kris Aquino's Back on The Buzz

It's refreshing to know that Kris Aquino will be back on The Buzz this Sunday. ABS-CBN decided on bringing Kris back on the show after the suspension of Cristy Fermin.

It can be recalled that Kris Aquino decided to leave the show last year after the James Yap-Hope Centeno scandal. She was replaced by Cristy Fermin, who is now on suspension until the end of this year.

Kris, who wants her Sundays off to spend it with her family, had qualms about accepting the hosting job but finally said yes.

Will they bring Cristy Fermin back on the show after the suspension?

I hope Kris Aquino stays.
