"Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1" – Character Banners and Teaser

Two new posters and a 15-second teaser of Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 has been released through Yahoo! Movies. The teaser includes actual footages from the movie and gives us a glimpse of Bella's baby bump.

A full trailer will be released on Tuesday, September 13th at 7:30 PM ET/4:30 PT.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson,Taylor Lautner, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, Peter Facinelli, and Dakota Fanning among others. Directed by Bill Condon, the movie is set to be shown November 18, 2011.

Henry Cavill Stars in "Immortals"

Henry Cavill, who is much-hyped as the new Superman in the upcoming Man of Steel, is the star of the soon-to-be-released action fantasy film titled Immortals where he plays the role of Theseus. Directed by Tarsem Singh, the movie also stars Mickey Rourke as King Hyperion, Luke Evans as Zeus, Freida Pinto as Phaedra, John Hurt as Old Zeus, and Kellan Lutz as Poseidon. It is set for US release November 11, 2011.

Storyline:

Eons after the Gods won their mythic struggle against the Titans, a new evil threatens the land. Mad with power, King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke) has declared war against humanity. Amassing a bloodthirsty army of soldiers disfigured by his own hand, Hyperion has scorched Greece in search of the legendary Epirus Bow, a weapon of unimaginable power forged in the heavens by Ares. Only he who possesses this bow can unleash the Titans, who have been imprisoned deep within the walls of Mount Tartaros since the dawn of time and thirst for revenge. In the king's hands, the bow would rain destruction upon mankind and annihilate the Gods. But ancient law dictates the Gods must not intervene in man's conflict. "Trespass" - Movie Poster and Theatrical Trailer

Millennium Entertainment has premiered the trailer of Trespass on Yahoo! Movies. The movie stars Nicolas Cage and Nicole Kidman as a wealthy couple held hostage by extortionists.

Directed by Joel Schumacher, Trespass also stars Ben Mendelsohn, Cam Gigandet, Liana Liberato, Jordana Spiro, Dash Mihok, Emily Meade and Nico Tortorella. The movie will be released October 14 in the US after its premiere at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival in September.

Synopsis:
In a private, wealthy community, priority is placed on security and no exception is made for the Miller family's estate. Behind their pristine walls and manicured gardens, Kyle, a fast-talking businessman, has entrusted the mansion's renovation to his stunning wife, Sarah. But between making those big decisions and keeping tabs on their defiant teenage daughter, Sarah often finds herself distracted by a young, handsome worker at their home. The upcoming movie titled P'Wedding Tayo, P'Wedding Hindi has released a new movie poster. Directed by Jose Javier Reyes, the movie stars Zanjoe Marudo, Wendell Ramos, Toni Gonzaga, and Eugene Domingo.

With Eugene in the cast, I'm sure this romantic comedy will keep us laughing to no end. Added with the sexiness of Zanjoe and Wendell, plus the pretty and equally funny Toni, P'wedding Tayo, P'Wedding Hindi is a potential box-office hit in the making.

Mart Escudero Stars in "Zombadings"

Mart Escudero stars in the 2011 Cinemalaya Film Festival entry titled Zombadings: Patayin sa Shokot si Remington. Judging by the title alone, it is a comedy film with gay characters in the lead role.

Mart Escudero plays the role of Remington, a young man cursed to be gay. He has a kissing scene in this movie with another male member of the cast, Kerbie Zamora. Kerbie, who was a Be Bench Model Search contestant in 2007, plays the role of Mart's bestfriend.

When asked how the kissing scene went, Mart said it felt awkward at first but it all went well with the help of the movie director and his co-stars.

Playing a gay role in his launching movie, Mart Escudero said he's not afraid of being typecast in such roles. His manager (Popoy Caritativo), though, said they wouldn't only take another gay role for Mart if the script is better than Zombadings.

Directed by Jade Castro the movie also stars Roderick Paulate, Eugene Domingo, Janice de Belen, John Regala, Leandro Baldemor, Daniel Fernando, and Lauren Young.

Zombadings: Patayin sa Shokot si Remington will have a commercial release on August 31, 2011.

"The Ides of March" - Movie Poster and Trailer

The Ides of March has released its first trailer and poster at Yahoo! Movies. George Clooney writes/directs/stars in the film which is an adaptation of the Beau Willimon play "Farragut North."

The political drama also stars Ryan Gosling, Paul Giamatti, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Marisa Tomei, Jeffrey Wright, and Evan Rachel Wood.

Synopsis:

During the frantic last days before a heavily contested Ohio presidential primary, an up-and-coming campaign press secretary finds himself involved in a political scandal that threatens to upend his candidate's shot at the presidency.

The Ides of March is set for release October 7, 2011.

"Happy Feet Two" – Movie Poster

Check out the new poster of Happy Feet Two released by Warner Bros. Pictures. Directed by George Miller, this sequel to 2006's Happy Feet still features the voices of Elijah Wood as Mumble, Robin Williams as Ramon/Lovelace, and Elizabeth Daily as Baby Mumble/Erik. What's more exciting is that Pink will now be doing the voice of Gloria which was done by Brittany Murphy in the first film. Matt Damon and Brad Pitt are also in the new movie as the voices of Krill #1 and Krill #2 respectively.

Happy Feet Two will be released in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D on November 23 in Manila, a little behind the US release date of November 18.

"Friends With Benefits" – New Movie Posters

Check out the new posters of Friends With Benefits starring Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis. Presented by Columbia Pictures, the movie is opening soon in Philippine cinemas.

Plot: Dylan (Justin Timberlake) and Jamie (Mila Kunis) think it's going to be easy to add the simple act of sex to their friendship, despite what Hollywood romantic comedies would have them believe. They soon discover however that getting physical really does always lead to complications.

"Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" - Movie Poster and Trailer

Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law reprise their roles as Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson respectively in Guy Ritchie's second Sherlock Holmes film titled Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows which is scheduled for release January 2012.

"Dark Knight Rises" - Teaser Poster

Check out the teaser poster of Christopher Nolan's third Batman film, Dark Knight Rises, which is showing July 20, 2012 in conventional theaters and IMAX 3D.

Crumbling Gotham City buildings complete with falling debris is pictured in the teaser poster.

Dark Knight Rises' first teaser trailer is said to come out on Friday, in front of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. I'm sure every Batman fan is excited especially that the teaser trailer is said to be 1 minute and 33 seconds long.

Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake Team Up "Bad Teacher"

Columbia Pictures presents Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake in a comedy about a teacher who doesn't give an F. Titled Bad Teacher, the movie will hit Philippine cinemas on August 31, 2011.

Bad Teacher stars Jason Segel, Lucy Punch, John Michael Higgins, Molly Shannon, and Eric Stonestreet.  The movie is directed by Jake Kasdan from the script written by Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg.

Columbia Pictures Philippines has released two new character posters for The Smurfs in 3D which will open in IMAX 3D and conventional theaters on August 10. The movie stars Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, Hank Azaria, and Sofia Vergara.

The movie also features the voices of Jonathan Winters (Papa Smurf), Katy Perry (Smurfette), George Lopez (Grouchy Smurf), Fred Armisen (Brainy Smurf), Jeff Foxworthy (Handy Smurf), Paul Reubens (Jokey Smurf), Gary Basaraba (Hefty Smurf), John Oliver (Vanity Smurf), Kenan Thompson (Greedy Smurf),B.J. "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2" Action Banners

Warner Bros. Pictures has released new Action Banners for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 which is showing on July 15, 2011 (July 14 in Manila) in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D. Directed by David Yates, the main stars of the movie are Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint.

Daniel Radcliffe literally grew up doing this film. This is my favorite of all the posters:

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 also stars Ralph Fiennes, Matthew Lewis, Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Warwick Davis, Tom Felton, Michael Gambon, Jason Isaacs, Alan Rickman, David Thewlis, Julie Waters, Bonni Wright, and Kelly Macdonald.
